In addition to the ICL and ECL courses, ISISC has sought to promote the legal education of young attorneys and scholars by offering opportunities for work experience at the Institute.
The objective of the fellowship program is to provide young ambitious students and professionals with a first hand experience in the operations of an international human rights organization and present them with training opportunities aimed at enhancing professionalism, effective decision-making, and experience in the field of project management.
In 2009, ISISC provided a fellowship program under the direct supervision of its President and Scientific Director. The fellows, who hail from Germany, Lithuania, and the USA, have been involved in the scientific projects as well as in the logistical organization and operational support of ISISC programs and publications.
